A couple of years ago my company launched a website to help more customers find our products, and hopefully, to increase sales as well. We have definitely seen an increase in sales since we launched the website, and we have been continuing to improve the website in order to help out with that process. I really think that it is a good idea to go in some new directions though and I want to hire a direct response copywriter to respond to customer posts and reviews on the website. We have recently added a function to allow customers to comment on products, ask questions, post reviews, and the like for each of the products that we sell on our website.
Our hope is that by hiring a copywriter to respond to posts, we will be able to further increase our sales and hopefully increase customer interest in our products across the board. Of course, this is a delicate sort of matter, and we need to make sure that it is not obvious that the copywriter is in our employment when they are responding to the customers. Of course, that is why we are looking to hire someone with some experience for the job, rather than attempting to get someone from the company to do it.
We are going to be responding to questions as well, with it made obvious that it is an official response from the company. I think the two-pronged approach will really help to build customer confidence in our products and that it should help our sales over the long run. I am very eager to get started with this, to see how it pans out. We are also trying to think of some other things we can do to make the website even better and easier to use.
